Centex launches Ko Olina Beach Villas

Centex Destination Properties announced Wednesday its newest luxury project, Beach Villas at Ko Olina.

Beach Villas at Ko Olina will offer 247 units, with prices starting at $1.8 million in two midrise towers fronting the lagoon. The Beach Tower will be eight stories high, the Ocean tower 15 stories.

Two- and three-bedrooms at the project will offer between 1,169 and 1,623 square feet of interior living space, with custom-designed kitchens by chef Roy Yamaguchi.

The Beach Villas project is the fifth by Centex, joining Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates & Villas, Ko Olina Hillside Villas on Oahu; and Kolea and Halii Kai at the Big Island's Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The project is expected to break ground on Sept. 29, with sales of the first release beginning on Oct. 18. Reservations requiring a $50,000 refundable deposit already are being accepted.
