Mr. Gilholm has a special real estate connection with the North Shore through his unique beachfront and fine home sales including Laie Pt. and Alligator Rock and also through his years as a sponsored surf contestant, market rep and surf team manager for some of the finest names in the surfing industry.
Because of his management positions with BOLLE, FRESHJIVE and NEIL PRYDE, Mr. Gilholm is well known by the corporate representatives of the action sports industry and most of the North Shore community.
Benjy’s main hobbies are surfing, mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking. He was also a California state lifeguard for 5 years.
