Aston Waikiki Beach Mauka Tower
Client Aqua Hotels & Resorts was hired to manage this 72 unit tower as soon as it was aquired and moved from entire Aston Waikiki project. Aqua Hotels & Resorts specializes in providing condominium accommodations with added hotel services tailored to the individual vacationers needs. Aqua manages multiple hotels in Waikiki.

Hawaiian Dredging
Hawaiian Dredging is Hawaii’s largest general contractor. Serving Hawaii and the Pacific since 1902, Hawaiian Dredging builds housing, hotels and resorts, highways, bridges, power plants, and marine projects. They also provide design-build, design-assist, construction management services, and can carry out rehab and renovation work.
Assignment: Disposition of asset acquired in lieu of payment on construction.
Architect Jo Paul Rognstad
Jo Paul Rognstad is a well-known Hawaii architect whose office is responsible for the design of apporoximately eighty Hawaii condominiums totalling in about 11,000 units and is a world leader in condominium design and development.
Assignment: Aquire and consolidate vacant land in Central Honolulu for a new building project to be completed in 2007.
TV Personality Tanya (Boyd) Joaquin & Alan Joaqin
Tanya (Boyd) Joaquin is a news anchor on Hawaii's top rated news station, KHON2. Alan owns Hydroseed Hawaii, one of the largest providers of sod in the state.
